Background: 

A short three-minute video sample designed as part of course work at the Applied Instructional Design Academy

Scenario: Company X is facing a crisis of underperforming teams. There is a lack of cohesion and collaboration among the executives. Most of them are engaged in a blame game refusing to take responsibility or showing empathy at the workplace. The leadership culture in the company leans towards dictatorial further adding to the problem. 

Objectives

The overarching objective is to increase proactive behavior among the executives with a broader focus on the vision and mission of the company· Upon completion of this training the executives should be able to

•  Differentiate between reactive and proactive behavior in the workplace

• Recognize the benefits of empathy and proactive behavior in the workplace

• Apply proactive principles and empathy in interpersonal behavior at the workplace
